Marci Holloway has been working as a mental health professional since 1996. Through the years she has assisted families and individuals in achieving balance in the face of radical change and trauma in their lives. This includes working with families suffering the effects of dementia in their loved ones, patients in the emergency room of Texas’ premier trauma center, Parkland Hospital, and with indigent and homeless mental illness victims and their families.

Since 2007, Marci has been working in her private practice helping individuals, families and couples achieve balance and harmony in their lives as they struggle with trauma and the rapid changes and stressors in today’s society. The scope of her work includes assisting those with addictions, eating disorders, survivors of trauma, as well as couples, adolescents and their parents to heal through self regulation and self acceptance. Marci is currently expanding this work to individuals and organizations seeking to discover their full potential, achieve balance in today’s chaotic environment and maximize their success.

Brain Kenderes – Cleveland, Ohio

Brian Kenderes has 4 years experience in Youth Ministry with Brunswick Reformed Church, Blackberry Ridge Church, and Brunswick Campus Life Youth for Christ. Three years experience in social service with Garfield Heights City School District and The Word of Righteousness Family Life Center. He has 2 years experience in grief counseling with Cornerstone of Hope, and has worked as a missionary/trauma healer/civic engagement instructor in The Sudan with Reconcile International. Mr. Kenderes' strives in both his personal and professional life to help those to heal from traumatic life experiences and feel peace in their minds, body and spirit.

Irene Lewis-Wimbly – Sterling,Illinois - irene@centerforvictory.com

Irene is a mother of two little girls, a bi-vocational District License Minister for the First Church of the Nazarene of Northwest Illinois District and CFV Associate. Her call to Evangelism and Pastoral Counseling blends well the “relational” and “compassion” approaches to evangelism ministries. Currently her experience at the local domestic violence program where she currently works as a Child Caseworker is benefiting from the successful integration and application of the Regulation Approach moving from victims to survivors, and survivors to Victors. She works intimately with hurting people with broken spirits to move toward healing and restoration.

Irene speaks on subjects dealing with prevention and education of relational violence by breaking down the anatomy of a healthy relationship. Irene brings the Psychology of Regulation approach to students, youth groups, teachers, administration, congregations and social work and criminal justice agencies as well to individual and family counseling settings. The theology and psychology of relationships is essential training for those who want to prepare a foundation from which to go out into the world and help hurting souls to heal and have victory over circumstance. The key is organic relationships.

With a passion for youth and those who wish to be an asset to their reaching full potential. She is Assets Council Co-Chair of the Education Committee, she sits on the School Improvement Committee at the local Middle school addressing strategies for integrating No Child Left Behind Statutes as well as County Healthy Communities Council a United Way Agency and sits on the Community Action Board, and an Americorps Allumus. Irene is a teacher, preacher, worship leader, student and is passionate about community organizing which has prepared her to speak on the following topics:
